St. Joseph's Patient Tower - Tampa, FL

St. Joseph's Women's Hospital's $9.4M expansion and renovation project is well underway and expected to be completed by Q3, 2020. Crawford-Tracey has nearly completed the installation of 20,000 square feet of their Pro-Tech 7SG and 9SG pre-glazed unitized curtain wall system.

The Crawford-Tracey Pro-Tech line will help define the projects façade and will provide the highest level of impact protection, meeting the AHCA essential facility missile requirements. The project requires Level E missile approvals for the first 30 feet and Level D missile above 30 feet. Additionally, the Pro-Tech far exceeds the industry water rating standards of 15 psf, offering an incredible water resistant rating of 100 psf!
